Women remain underrepresented in policymaking and leadership worldwide, not due to lack of ability, but limited access and early exposure. Policy for Her aims to bridge this gap by empowering young women to engage with policy, develop informed solutions, and build confidence through critical analysis and innovation.
What?
The competition is online ensuring equitable participation across diverse backgrounds, while participants from diverse geographic and cultural backgrounds analyse policies and propose practical reforms. Submissions are evaluated on clarity, depth, feasibility, and originality.
